Authority board consists of one primary and one alternate representative from every township in our articles. In the event there an action item that need a vote from the board only one representative will cast a vote but if the primary is not present the secondary will act in their stead. These representative are voted on by each township board and are not required to be a township board member but must reside in that given township.
